This song will be on my upcoming album (Presave in link below). It was out last year but I never posted it on streaming. I wrote this song one day when I was thinking back about when I lived in Nashville for a time and it would get cold and gloomy for long periods in the winter and things would all turn brown. It used to really get me down. Then a beautiful sunny day would come along and, even if there was snow on the ground, I would find a spot in the sunshine and just sit there with a blanket and let the sun warm my soul. And that feeling was so powerful. Like getting a recharge. I am not a sun worshiper and never lay out or anything like that. But I do like to stop for a period in the mornings and just feel the sun on my face. It feel like magic to me.
