For this concept ad project, I wanted to push the limits of consistent character generation and narrative storytelling in AI video. The goal was to create a gritty, 16mm film aesthetic that transitions into high-end commercial cinematography.

This isn’t just a concept—it’s based on a true story. This film retraces the actual steps of Shaquille O’Neal, from the grit of Newark, New Jersey, to the legendary backboard-shattering moments of the NBA. We chose to tell this story to honor the man who outgrew every box the world tried to put him in.
