This is my favorite song I have made so far. It’s is about the quiet power of movement. How motion becomes a form of listening — how we move not to arrive or escape, but because stillness begins to ache. The video reflects that feeling through women moving with softness and strength, guided by breath, gravity, and instinct rather than instruction. It’s about becoming without needing answers, trusting the body’s wisdom, and letting movement open the day and meet us back. I also wish I could move like this in life. As I grow older my body won’t move the same, but in my mind I can picture myself doing it. It’s a strange thing.
