Battalion | A Powerful Gen AI Film Honoring Unsung Heroes of D-Day

Battalion is my most ambitious and in-depth Gen AI film project to date.
Crafted using a wide array of cutting-edge AI tools, this film brings to life a little-known yet vital chapter of history.

The story follows the 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion, the only unit of all African American soldiers to land on the beaches during D-Day. Their mission was crucial: launching and maintaining barrage balloons to protect Allied forces from enemy aircraft during one of the most pivotal moments in WWII.

Battalion is a visual tribute to their courage, resilience, and the sacrifices that history too often overlooks.

This project would not have been possible without the revolutionary potential of Generative AI—proving how technology can help us preserve, honor, and retell the stories that matter most.
